So much better than sauce from a jar!
This was surprisingly delicious. I roasted one container of cherry tomatoes (probably about 2.5 cups), and this was enough tomatoes for one large serving or two smaller servings. So if I was making for a family I would buy one container of cherry tomatoes for every two people. (That seems like a lot I know, but the tomatoes cook down a lot when they are tossed with the noodles and they are the star of the dish!) Don't be afraid to pile on the herbs, cheese, and salt and pepper. After I did that, it was DELICIOUS and honestly, just as good (or better) than similar restaurant dishes I've had. This will be a regular at my house!
I made this tonight it was super easy and very yummy, it was nice and light compared to spaghetti with sauce, i made a garden salad to go with it, will definitely make it again!! The only thing i didn't like was that it doesn't give you a serving size with the calorie count :(
this is easy and good; definitely a keeper. i did use 1/8 cup dried herbs because i didn't have fresh and it's still a keeper.
We just finished DEVOURING this for dinner and it was delicious!! I used lots of fresh herbs from my garden, as well as freshly picked tomatoes and my husband went crazy for it! It was so easy to prepare the rest of the recipe as well as some garlic bread while the spaghetti and tomatoes cooked. It's definitely made it into the recipe box!
I was hoping since this was so simple that it would be tasty, but I found it bland. I will try again and add more herbs, but was disappointed.
Quick, easy, healthy, and very delicious.
