- 1 15.5-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- Heat oven to 450º F.
- Toss the chickpeas, soy sauce, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, tossing once, until deep brown and starting to get crispy, 14 to 15 minutes. Toss with the sesame seeds.
