How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oven to 450º F.

Step 2

Toss the chickpeas, soy sauce, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, tossing once, until deep brown and starting to get crispy, 14 to 15 minutes. Toss with the sesame seeds.

Tip: This makes a great snack on its own, or toss it in a salad or an Asian noodle bowl.
