Sour Cherry Vinaigrette


Up your salad game with this sweet and tangy dressing. Sturdy greens pair best with this vinaigrette, so look for little gems, romaine, or spinach and avoid more delicate lettuces like butter leaf.

  • ¼ cup pitted sour cherries, coarsely chopped

  • 1 ½ tablespoons Champagne or white wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Combine cherries, vinegar, honey, and mustard in a small bowl. Drizzle in oil, whisking constantly, until incorporated. Whisk in salt and pepper. Serve on a salad of Little Gem lettuce, avocado, bacon, and feta cheese (or whatever salad you like).
