- 2 ounces Roquefort cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or buttermilk
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- In a food processor, process the first 4 ingredients. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil until blended.
- This dressing goes well with our Treasure Hunt Pasta Salad.
