Ingredients

  • ½ ounce sliced roasted red peppers

  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1 ounce boneless sardines in olive oil, drained

  • ½ teaspoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Place roasted peppers on toast. Top with sardines. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with cilantro.
