  1. Check 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  2. Check ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
  3. Check 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  4. Check 1 slice deli roast beef
  5. Check ¼ teaspoon chopped chives


  1. Combine cream cheese and horseradish in a small bowl. Spread mixture on toast. Top with roast beef and garnish with chives.
