Good chili recipe. For a vegetarian option, I substituted Morning Star Crumblers in lieu of the ground beef and the chili was "delicious". As an accompaniment, you can serve with toasted tortilla strips. Slice the flour tortilla into strips; sprinkle with chili powder and pepper, then brown in a little olive oil until lightly browned on each side.
Super easy! I adjusted the recipe to make it in my crock-pot and it smelled and tasted amazingly good! The only thing I would change next time would be to add more chili powder...it didn't have the spice that I usually like with my red chili. Overall though, a very good and easy recipe!
