- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
- In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously.
- Leave the garlic in the dressing until ready to use, then remove and discard it.
