I have made this 5 or 6 times since getting the recipe last year. It is SO good each time, and it's nice to have a bunch of loaves to share with friends and neighbors.
Holy smokes this bread is amazing!!! I've made it twice now, and gets eaten so quickly I hardly get any to myself. I modified the topping a bit by adding more flour so it would crumble more, but alternatively, you can put the ingredients in a food processor (minus the pumpkin seeds) and use cold butter, not melted, to get more crumbly of a topping. With the warm butter, it's harder to get that real crumbly texture. Definitely making this recipe for years to come!
