- 6 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- 12 raw peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each shrimp and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the syrup.
- Roast at 425º F until the shrimp are opaque throughout, 10 to 12 minutes.
