How to Make It
Preheat the broiler. Cut mozzarella into 24 ½-inch pieces. Stuff each Peppadew with one piece of cheese. Tear prosciutto lengthwise into thin strips and wrap one around each pepper, pressing to adhere.
Place stuffed Peppadews on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil until cheese melts and browns in spots, 4 to 5 minutes. Top with chives just before serving.
