This was yummy I would add a little spice to the noodles.
I changed a lot and will do it the same next time, turned out GREAT! I DOUBLED the pork, butter and wine (used Linganore Spiced Apple wine), and ADDED 2 c. sodium free chicken broth 1 onion thinly sliced, 2 Jonagold apples peeled and sliced, ~ 1/4 c. milk w/ cornstarch to thicken, salt/pepper/fresh parsley mixed in sauce to taste.
This was easy, but pretty average tasting. I used thin cut pork cutlets, which saved me some time. The noodles were dry and tasteless. The pork was tasty but overall, this dish was just OK.
