How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oven to 400º F. Cook the rice according to the package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Season the pork with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Step 4

Transfer the skillet to oven and roast until the pork is cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a second large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Add the broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, and ⅓ cup water. Cook, covered, until the broccoli is tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with the pork and rice.
