How to Make It

Step 1

Combine juice and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves; remove from stove. Stir in the rose water and lemon juice and let cool. Pour the mixture into 9 x 9 pan and place in the freezer. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours, scraping the surface with a fork every 30 minutes to create a flaky texture. Serve immediately.
