This punch comes together in minutes, and yet it's far from your average mixed drink. Pomegranate and pineapple juice combine for a sweet-tart flavor combination everyone will love. If you aren't a fan of rum or would prefer to use a different type of alcohol, try gin or tequila. You'll find that this is a winning punch recipe no matter how you tweak it. If you can find one, buy a whole pomegranate and seed it yourself (it's cheaper, and the arils are fresher). Use any extra arils in salads or dips.
1 cup (8 oz.) white rum
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup orange juice
1 cup pomegranate kombucha
Pomegranate arils and pineapple rings, for serving
How to Make It
Stir together rum, pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice in a pitcher or punch bowl. Pour rum mixture into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with ¼ cup pomegranate kombucha. Garnish with pomegranate arils and pineapple rings.
