How to Make It

Step 1

Combine pluots, cherries and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing occasionally, for 10 minutes or until soft and juicy. Transfer to a bowl to cool. Strain mixture, reserving liquid.

Step 2

Place ½ cup seltzer water, ¼ cup pluot syrup and ½ cup ice cream scoop in each glass.
