I added grilled chicken and touch of garlic powder. The lemon flavor is a tad too strong. I just cut it back a little.

made this for a picnic, and it was just right. do watch the lemon as it can be a bit overpowering. i just added to taste and we loved it + had lots of leftovers to boot!
My husband and I liked this better without the lemon zest -- made the lemon flavor overpowering. And we added a sprinkling of asiago.
I served it warm as an entree with a sliced tomato salad. In the hot summer, it's delicious. Will have the leftovers chilled tonight.
