How to Make It

Step 1

Puree the banana, pineapple, and parsley and flaxseed meal or chia seeds (if using) and 1/4 cup water or ice in a blender until smooth.

Chef's Notes

Tip: Whole flaxseed will also work, but grind it first before pureeing it with the other ingredients.
