Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350º F.

  2. On a baking sheet, toast the bread until lightly golden.

  3. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan.

  4. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
