- zest of 1/2 orange, peeled in long strips
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces, stalks peeled and thinly sliced (6 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a large, heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the orange zest and red pepper and let the mixture sizzle for 30 seconds.
