The serving size would be 1 cookie
Recipes calling for oatmeal mean uncooked oatmeal. Whole old-fashioned oats make for better textured, better tasting cookies in my opinion, but quick-cooking can be used too.
The serving size for the nutritional information is 1 cookie.
Does the recipe call for uncooked quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal, or cooked oatmeal?
Very good question- I notice this on many of the cookie recipes, it gives stats and not serving size, perhaps the editor can make that adjustment??
It says it makes 24 cookies, but it doesn't say how many cookies are in a single serving for the nutritional breakdown. My guess is one cookie is a serving.
Susanmoyer, The serving size is listed above as 24 cookies.
Is the serving size the two cookies pictured, or just one cookie? Thanks.
