Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, torn or sliced

  • 6 ounces thinly sliced salami (about 20 slices)

  • cup green olives, pitted

  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, torn

  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt (such as Maldon)

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together the oil, honey, and lemon juice. Divide the mozzarella, salami, olives, and mint among 4 plates. Drizzle with the dressing; sprinkle with the lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
