What better way to kick off a weekend than with a celebratory sparkling brunch cocktail? Mimosas are supremely simple to make and only require two ingredients: sparkling wine and orange juice. For the best flavor, chill both ingredients well in advance, and be sure to use fresh-squeezed orange juice and dry sparkling wine. (Avoiding store-bought OJ and sweet bubbly will help you avoid an inevitable sugar crash, too.) Add a dash of orange bitters to give your bev an extra kick of citrus and spice.
