- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Meyer lemons, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon zest
- 1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
Combine the butter milk, yogurt, lemons, lemon zest, ginger, agave syrup and ice in the blender.
