Mediterranean Beef Pitas
Ready this satisfying wrap in 15 minutes or less! After forming the beef into small patties, you’ll brown the balls and prepare the pitas. Layer the hummus, beef, and toppings, put a few lemon wedges on each plate, and you’re good to go. Amp up the flavor, if you’d like, with a flavored hummus, like roasted red pepper or zesty garlic. The wrap is plenty satisfying on its own, but if you’re feeling adventurous (or you’d like something a little more on the table), consider a side of rice, store-bought tabouli salad, an assortment of mixed olives, or roasted fingerling potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika.
