- half a 12- to 14-ounce bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups grated Cheddar
- 1 small red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Major Grey’s mango chutney
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, and onion. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with the chutney, yogurt, and cilantro.
