This Manchego and Fig Jam Crostini requires just four ingredients and can be made in under 25 minutes. Ingredients 1 loaf French baguette 8 ounces Manchego cheese 8.5 ounces Fig jam Rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional) 3 Fresh figs, quartered Directions Preheat oven to 325°F. Thinly slice baguette, then arrange pieces on a baking sheet and quickly toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes. You want the bread to be lightly crispy but soft in the middle. Once toast is cooled off, place a slice of Manchego on each, then spread fig jam over top. Top each with a piece of fresh rosemary (optional) and a quarter of a fresh fig before serving. To enhance the rich, toasty notes of the crostini, feel free to add toasted walnuts to your serving dish or sprinkle over top of the toasts. Rate it Print
