How to Make It

Step 1

Beat ¾ cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff; fold in 5 chopped Kit Kat Snack Size bars (14 grams each; about ¾ cup total).

Step 2

Halve a 9-ounce angel food cake horizontally. Hollow out each layer slightly. Fill bottom with the cream mixture; replace top. Dust with cocoa powder. Slice; serve with chocolate sauce.
