You'll then finish it off with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of za'atar spice mix. Ingredients 2 tablespoons hummus 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted 1 Persian (mini) cucumber, sliced 1 teaspoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon za'atar Flaky sea salt, for serving Directions Spread 1 tablespoon hummus on each piece of toast.
