This gorgeous frozen yogurt bark is a refreshing holiday replacement for decadent chocolate or peppermint bark. The addition of honey adds just the right amount of sweetness, and chopped pistachios add crunch and saltiness. Feel free to sprinkle the yogurt with whatever nuts or dried fruit you have on hand, whether it’s almonds or dried cranberries. Once the bark is frozen, break it up with your hands—but return it to the freezer until ready to serve. It melts quickly (think of it like a yogurt pop), but we’re pretty sure your guests won’t have a hard time finishing it off.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine yogurt and honey in a medium-sized bowl. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to ¼ thickness. Top with pistachios and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Break into pieces. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
