2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
⅔ cup chopped salted pistachio
How to Make It
Combine yogurt and honey in a medium-sized bowl. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to ¼ thickness. Top with pistachios and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Break into pieces. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
