Pumpkin Pie Pop-Tart
This breakfast favorite is easier (and healthier!) than you might think. To DIY: Simply spread a mixture of pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and salt between two layers of store-bought puff pastry, crimp the edges to seal, and bake. Top with a liberal drizzling of cream cheese, milk, and maple syrup glaze.
