I tried this recipe this evening on my hubby and mom. They really enjoyed the dish and felt it was very flavorful. I did add a teaspoon of basil along with the oregano and I used a half packet of Goya powdered veggie seasoning instead of the salt. You can't serve this dish too often because of the high and heavy calories. Although it may work on a rack over a pan instead of in a baking dish. I may try that next.
