How to Make It

Step 1

Pour ginger beer into ice cube tray; freeze 12 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Process cucumber, vodka, lime juice, sugar, and frozen ginger beer cubes in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices.
