Ingredients

  • ½ small white onion, chopped

  • ¾ pound tomatillos, husked and washed

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Rinse the chopped onion in a colander under running water; drain. Combine with the tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, and ¾ teaspoon salt in a blender. Puree until smooth.
