Just made these and they are addictive! I used all semi-sweet chips (didn't have any milk chocolate on hand) and shortened the baking time to 10 min. I also ended up with less cookies than the recipe--but maybe I made them bigger than the recipe indicated. In any case, they are amazing and I intend to make them again very, very soon!
Read MoreI made these cookies yesterday, they were tasty but it seemed like the sugars didn't completely dissolve when creaming with butter, therefore i stil saw some sugar crystals in the cookies after baking. Did I do something wrong??
Read MoreThese cookies were excellent!! I followed the recipe to the T and they turned out picture perfect! :) Thanks for sharing!
Read MoreTasted really good! Perfect without even baking it, but only made 24..:(
Read MoreA truly wonderful cookie, but not an 'easy' cookie.' First, they are sticky so a silicone mat or parchment is a must. It's also necessary to have the ingredients at room temperature. I added pecans, choc. chips, and Heathbar crunch (1 cup each) for a kitchen-sink variety. Either way, test the oven temperature (it really makes a difference) with a small batch. They reallly did take 10 minutes, not one second more. And the 'soupy cookie' people need a stiffer dough...I suspect they didn't add nuts, or maybe didn't sift the flour first. This is a GREAT recipe, just as good as it refrigerator cousins, but is a cookie-makers cookie and requires some basic cookie-making know how.

Read MoreI made these the other day and doubled the batch to save some in the fridge and both times they turned out amazing! I didn't have all the necessary ingredients though, so I used chocolate bars cut up, coconut and walnuts(also chopped up) and they were really really good.
Read Morethey turned out horrible for us!! they flattened in the oven and turned into a soupy cookie cake that tasted awful. maybe we did something wrong but im not trying this again. not that we are blaming u but they turned out really bad for us. sorry!
Read MoreI took the advice of others and flattened the cookies first and all was well. I made slightly larger cookies and ended up with 2 dozen (with a slightly longer cook time--closer to 14 minutes). I subbed caramel chips for the milk chocolate chips and they were fantastic! I can also see using peanut butter chips next time and also adding some cinnamon no matter what kind of chips I use. These are definitely going to be part of my regular dessert recipe rotation!
Read MoreI had the same problem as againsca. My cookies had a lot of trouble spreading. My first batch looked like large cocoa puffs instead of cookies. Before putting in the second batch I flattened them a little bit and it helped somewhat. The taste though was phenomenal!!
Read MoreI also got about 2 dozens. I already ate three, they are irresistible and very easy to make. Didn't have a hand mixer. I used the blender without any problems.
Read MoreVery easy to make and so good! I will be making this again!
Read Morenot too good...I went over the ingredients three times to make sure I didn't leave anthing out buy my cookies didn't spread at all??
Read MoreUsed a small ice cream scoop, 12 mn. flat - yummy little cookies! Got 3 dozen on the nose - the very last one was a little smaller, but still 3 doz. I could see trying this recipe again and substituting the milk choc. chips w/peanut butter chips - Yum!
Read MoreThese cookies were wonderful! I actually added a teaspoon of mint extract as well and they tasted like thin mints! Yummy!
