MineStKitchen: Don't lose hope on this awesome dish! Roll the dough out about 1.5 times the size of your pan with a rolling pin. Then I drape it across the pan as I'm adding toppings and it just sort of sinks down into the pan.
I would've given this 5 stars if it hadn't been so hard to make the pizza dough stay pressed in the dish once I'd coated the dish with olive oil. It just slipped around and wouldn't stay in place, much less cover the sides. That said, I did my best to get the dough to stay in place on the bottom of the dish, layered the ingredients, baked for 33 minutes and voila! It was so delicious and both my husband and 8-year-old son loved it. So glad there's leftovers!
