- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk, plus more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the milk and vanilla. (Add a bit more milk if you prefer a thinner syrup.) Drizzle over pancakes to serve.
