This refreshing and bright cocktail just might become your holiday go-to recipe. It’s great for people who love a tall pour, but don’t want something over-the-top sweet. Instead, just a spoonful of sugar livens up the tart cranberries and generous pour of lemon juice. Topped with vodka (we like Tito's or St. George All-purpose Vodka), soda water, and a bit of cranberry juice, the resulting drink is pretty, pink, and festive, not to mention, delicious. If vodka isn’t your favorite liquor, try this with a floral gin or even smoky mescal, which would play nicely off the cranberries.
