I made this with Nature's Path chocolate crisp rice cereal and it was delicious. Very fast and simple. It would be a good dessert for a child to make on their own.
Read Moregalela, I didn't have enough cashews at home to make a second batch and therefore, I made pecan butter. To make any nut butter, simply use your big food processor and pulse the nuts (2 1/2 c) with a tablespoon of olive or canola oil several times to break them up. Then, turn on the processor and let it do its magic. Blend until the nuts become creamy like peanut butter. This makes about 2 cups of nut butter. Enjoy!
