Cinnamon adds sophistication to a remix of a classic Paloma in this refreshing, celebration-worthy recipe. Just a tiny pinch adds earthy undertones and makes the drink feel special enough for the holidays. The bitter grapefruit juice and bright lime are well matched by the subtle baking spice, and grapefruit soda adds enough sweetness to make this recipe a crowd pleaser. Of course, if you want it to be lower in sugar, you can buy a grapefruit-flavored seltzer instead. Reach for the familiar Casamigos or if you're craving a smoky flair, try it with a mezcal like Gem & Bolt. Cheers!
