Take the traditional elements of a turkey club sandwich—roasted turkey, bacon, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise—and elevate them with the flavor of chipotle chile powder. It's an easy addition to an already-loved sandwich. You'll wonder why you didn't think of it before.


  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 pinch chipotle chile powder

  • 2 slices multigrain bread

  • 2 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey

  • 1 ounce Cheddar, sliced

  • 2 slices cooked bacon

  • ¼ cup sprouts


  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chili powder.

  2. Spread the mixture on the bread and form sandwiches with the turkey, Cheddar, bacon, and sprouts.
