How to Make It

Step 1

Combine the olive oil, parsley, cilantro, oregano, vinegar, and red pepper. Season with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Serve the sauce alongside steak, lamb, or chicken.

Chef's Notes

Tip: To make this ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the vinegar and store overnight, refrigerated. Stir in the vinegar just before using.
