How to Make It
Step 1
Heat oven to 400º F. Place the prosciutto in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and roast until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Season the chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Form sandwiches with the rolls, mayonnaise, tapenade, chicken, prosciutto, tomato, and arugula.

The Prosciutto I buy is paper thin and if I were to roast it in a 400degree oven for 2 minutes much less 8 to 10 minutes it would cease to exist!!!!
