I meant to rate this recipe 5 stars but it recorded as 3. This dish is wonderful! Definitely a keeper. Only thing wrong with it is I didn't make enough!

loved this recipe! I substituted 1 T of chopped rosemary for the parsley, and my guests loved it. It was quick and easy, but doesn't look like it.

We loved this recipe! It was so easy, but was really, really good! My husband thought it tasted elegant. I agree, the tang of the goat cheese is perfect and not too over-powering. I would give this dish 5 stars. I don't think it needs anything else added to it.

Very good! I did add onion and red peppers with the mushrooms. Quick, easy and delicious!
