- 8 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 ounces green Chartreuse
- Muddle the mint, lemon juice, and brown sugar at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add chartreuse and top with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint.
