Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 2 cups peeled cucumber chunks

  • 1 cup celery chunks

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • 1 cup water

  • pinch salt

  • ½ cup ice

  • celery stalk or basil sprig, for serving

Directions

  1. Puree the pineapple chunks, cucumber chunks, and celery chunks with fresh basil, lime juice, water, salt, and ice until smooth.

  2. Garnish with a celery stalk or a basil sprig.
