- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup dulce de leche
- ¼ green apple, finely diced
- 3 ounces sparkling apple cider
- Place ice cream in a tall glass. Top with half of dulce de leche (found in the baking aisle of most supermarkets) and half of apple. Make a second layer with remaining dulce de leche and apple. Top with sparkling apple cider. Serve immediately.
