Cantaloupe Cooler

  • 4 cups chopped cantaloupe (from 1/2 melon)

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • ice

  • fresh mint


  1. Puree cantaloupe, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour over ice, garnish with fresh mint, and serve immediately.
