I mad this using the small silicone bar pan from Tupperware. No need to line your pan and it pops righ out. I also broke up my Halloween pretzels so they would be bite-sized.
"Mini-mini" pretzels fit better in between the candy corn and cranberries: I needed only about a third of the pretzels called for. Instead of having to chop white chocolate and using a double boiler I saved time by melting white chocolate chips in the microwave and stirred in a little Trader Joe's pumpkin spice for extra fall fun. I used foil instead of parchment paper and had no trouble removing it.
Great fall recipe, and fun for kids to make too! I served this candy at my last meeting and everyone raved. The only difficult thing is spreading the chocolate on the parchment paper; otherwise very easy and delicious
