- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 1/4 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup Campari
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Stir the sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the pomegranate juice, Campari, and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
